The biggest characteristic of the bamboo charcoal is that the structure of the molecule becomes six-angle type with the hard quality, close and porous. The absorb ability of bamboo charcoal is 10 times more than that of normal charcoal. It can release the far infrared ray and have the ability of electric conduction and separating the radiation of electromagnetic wave, etc. It can be used to burn , purify air , improve water quality , keep fresh , deodorize , adjust wet , daily health product , medicine , agriculture field extensively, which is the new environmentally safe products at present. 
      I. The course of firing of the charcoal of bamboo: bamboo, so-called “Meng Zong bamboo” in Japan. We fetch fresh bamboo living for more than 4 years at high mountains. First sawing broken, then fire in the kiln. Carry on smoking-type first, moisture in bamboo to be dried slowly. This course guarantees the bamboo won’t fracture. Next course is charring, which does not have visible flame. After the charring is the refining course in which the temperature will increase to more than 800 degrees. It needs 25 days for the above-mentioned courses of firing,
      II. The measurement standard of the bamboo charcoal that our company produces regards bamboo charcoal standard in Zhejiang Province. Refining process will be at high temperature through more than 800 degrees. Projects as follows:

       fixed carbon ≥ 80 than surface area ≥ 250
      III. Processing procedure: The bamboo charcoal that our company produces have been fired for 25 days in the fixed kiln , after refining at high temperature with more than 800 degrees, classified as follows: slice bamboo charcoal , bamboo tube charcoal , garrulous charcoal , charcoal powder. 1. Processing procedure of slice bamboo charcoal: Process according to the request of customer. The products can be divided into: length: 20cm , 15cm , 12cm , 10cm , 7cm , 5cm ,etc., width: 2-3cm , 3-5cm ,etc.. Then scrub clean , case. 2.Process procedure of bamboo tube charcoal: Process according to the request of customer. The products can be divided into： length: 20cm , 15cm , 12cm , 10cm , 7cm , 5cm ,etc., the diameter: 2-3cm , 3-5cm ,etc.. Then scrub clean , case. 3. Processing procedure of garrulous charcoal: Process according to the request of customer The products can be divided into: 5-15cm , 3-5cm , 1-3cm ,etc.. Then water washing , dry, packaging made various products, case. 4. Processing procedure of charcoal powder: Process into the of different specifications powder through the pulverizers according to the request of customer. The products can be divided into: 300 mesh , 250 mesh , 200 mesh , 150 mesh , 100 mesh , 50 mesh …….. . The packaging is made into various products. case.
